About Skyhawks Sports - Treasure Valley
Skyhawks Sports, a leading sports program provider in the U.S., engages over 100,000 participants annually across more than 35 states. Our mission is to teach life skills through sports, offering SuperTots programs for children ages 2 to 5 and skill-based sports for ages 6 to 13. We provide a wide range of activities, including clinics, classes, camps, and leagues across approximately 12 sports formats.
Founded in 1979, Skyhawks is dedicated to giving every child the chance to experience the joy of sports in a safe, inclusive, and equitable environment. Our programs promote respect, teamwork, inclusion, leadership, and sportsmanship, focusing on safety, quality, and maximum fun.
Celebrating 45 years in 2024, Skyhawks has served over 2.5 million children, nurturing their dreams and building fundamental skills. Our approach ensures that every child, regardless of skill level or background, benefits from our programs. Skyhawks Sports - Boise opened up in April of 2022 with owners Levi & Jordan. After Levi decided to separate from the Air Force, he liked the idea of running a business, working with the kids, and the community. Fast forward to now, Skyhawks has consistent year-round classes and camps throughout various parts of the Treasure Valley, with an increasing need for family programs.

Why join us?
As an Area Manager at Skyhawks Sports, you’ll oversee and grow our programs in the Boise region, which includes (Caldwell, Eagle, Meridian, Nampa, Star, and surrounding areas). Reporting directly to your Owner/Operator, you’ll foster local partnerships, recruit and manage a team of coaches, and work closely with communities to ensure that Skyhawks’ mission and values are present in every program. You’ll be a dynamic leader and strong communicator who can balance administrative responsibilities with field-based engagement. The Treasure Valley is a rapidly growing family area and Skyhawks Sports has incredible growth opportunities with a strong and mission oriented Area Manager.
