Title: Hiring & Coach Recruiting Coordinator Intern - Skyhawks Sports (Treasure Valley)
Every kid who walks into a Skyhawks camp meets a coach first. That coach shapes their week, their confidence, and sometimes their whole view of what a caring adult looks like. Finding the right coaches is one of the most important things we do, and we need help doing it well.
Skyhawks Sports operates across 7+ cities in the Treasure Valley and is one of the fastest-growing youth sports organizations in the Boise metro. As we grow into 2026 and 2027, our #1 constraint is finding great coaches. This internship is built for someone who wants to learn recruiting from the ground up while doing work that directly puts good adults in front of kids.

Skyhawks Sports - Boise opened up in April of 2022 with owners Levi & Jordan. After Levi decided to separate from the Air Force, he liked the idea of running a business, working with the kids, and the community. Fast forward to now, Skyhawks has consistent year-round classes and camps throughout various parts of the Treasure Valley, with an increasing need for family programs.
