This is not your average summer job.

Emmett is a special place. People here know each other, show up for each other, and take pride in their community, and that's exactly the kind of energy we want on our fields this summer. Skyhawks Sports is bringing a high-energy, skill-building youth sports experience right here to Emmett, and we need coaches and directors who love this town and love kids.

At Skyhawks, we run introduction to intermediate level camps, which means the curriculum does the heavy lifting so our coaches can do what matters most | focus on the kids in front of them. Every child, whether they're a 3-year-old discovering soccer for the first time or a 13-year-old learning the fundamentals of Flag Football, gets a coach who sees them, encourages them, and makes sure they leave Friday with more confidence than they showed up with Monday. This isn't just a summer job. It's a chance to be the best part of a kid's whole summer.

Two Roles. One Mission.

COACH | $15–$16/hr You're on the field, in the action, leading small groups of young athletes through fun, skill-based sessions. You bring the energy, we provide everything else: curriculum, equipment, and full support. No two weeks are the same, and that's exactly how you like it.

SITE DIRECTOR | $17–$18/hr You run the camp. You lead the coaches, own the parent experience, and make sure every session runs smoothly and safely. Directors are our most trusted people on the ground, the ones Emmett families remember long after the last whistle blows. During our double-camp weeks (6/22 and 7/20), each site needs its own dedicated Director. Leadership experience matters here.

TRAINING All coaches and directors must complete online training and field training before the season begins. All training must be completed by June 12th. Details will be pr6vided upon hiring.

We hope you stay for Fall 2026! Summer camps wrap up mid-August, but Skyhawks programming picks back up in early September. Coaches and directors who finish strong will have the first opportunity at Fall roles.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Lead and energize groups of kids ages 3-6 or 7-13 through sport-specific skill sessions right here in Emmett.
  • Build genuine relationships with kids who will remember this summer for years to come.
  • Communicate warmly and confidently with parents, you're the face of Skyhawks in your community.
  • Set up equipment, run sessions safely, and keep the energy high from 9am to noon every single day.
  • Directors: oversee coaches, manage your site, and deliver a consistently excellent camp experience.
  • Grow, coaches who shine move into Director roles fast.

YOU'RE OUR PERSON IF:
  • You walk into a room and the energy shifts, kids notice immediately.
  • You're a natural with groups: you read the room, adapt fast, and never lose the fun.
  • You're rock-solid reliable, Emmett families are counting on you every single morning.
  • You genuinely love sports and love passing that fire to the next generation.
  • You want a summer job that means something to your community, not just a paycheck.
